The Stage of Reconciliation and Mediation:

God Almighty says, “There is no good in much of their private conversation, except for those who enjoin charity or righteousness or conciliation among people. And whoever does that, seeking means to the approval of Allah – then We will give him a great reward.” Reconciliation is one of the best and greatest deeds in the sight of Allah Almighty, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) urged us to do so. In accordance with this good guidance, we have chosen to make reconciliation between the parties to a dispute our first step. We resolve the dispute whenever possible, based on the client’s wishes. To do so, we address the litigant on the client’s behalf, meet with both parties, and reconcile their viewpoints to reach a mutually satisfactory solution as quickly as possible, minimizing legal costs that may be incurred by one party.

  1. Judicial Procedures Stage:

During this stage, the office’s team represents the client before all judicial and quasi-judicial bodies of all types and levels in all types of lawsuits, from initiation to final judgment. We undertake all pleading and defense work, attend hearings, submit memoranda and appeals, and undertake all other necessary actions to safeguard the client’s interests in accordance with Sharia and the law.

  1. Enforcement Services:

Through these services, the office provides the necessary support to initiate and complete all procedures before enforcement courts to demand the enforcement of any document deemed to be an enforceable instrument, such as final judgments issued in lawsuits, commercial papers such as checks, bills of exchange, and promissory notes, as well as electronic lease contracts, etc.

  1. Legal Representation:

The office legally represents the client before governmental or semi-governmental entities if the client wishes to entrust the office with completing a specific legal procedure before one of these entities. Legal representation also applies before third parties dealing with the client, such as negotiating and signing contracts, etc.
